The items that you purchase from
Highland Apparel may be sent to you blank, or they can
be decorated by either Embroidery
or Heat Pressing (heat-applied
screen printing.) by us. |

The prices below for Embroidery
and Heat Pressing are to be used as general guides.
Final quotes can only be given once the artwork is e-mailed to us. |

We do not decorate on
items not purchased from us. |
|
All orders must be
pre-paid. Turn-around time will depend on our schedule, and
how long it takes to approve the embroidery sew-out or heat-press
artwork. But most of the time is between 2-4 weeks. (Re-orders
are usually 1-2 weeks faster) |
|
When we decorate your
items, the items will be sent to us from our suppliers, and the shipping charges
to get the items to you after
decorating will be charged separately from your product order which
includes shipping from our suppliers to us. Shipping charges
after decoration will be the actual UPS charges incurred. (This
applies to heat-pressed items, because shipping to you after
embroidery is free) |
EMBROIDERY

24 piece minimum is
required for
embroidery, except for re-orders. |
|
Shipping charges to you after embroidery are FREE
with 24 or more LIKE items. (Cannot mix caps & shirts to reach
the 24 minimum) |

Set-up (digitizing) fees
are free |
|
A scanned sew-out of
your design will be e-mailed to you for approval. If you want
us to mail you the sew-out then additional charges may apply. |
|
Additional charges may
also apply to embroidery logo files that the customer provides to be
sure that it sews well on our equipment. |
|
The following embroidery
prices are for left chest or cap sized embroidery. Send us your
design for any other quote. |
PRICES FOR LEFT
CHEST OR CAP EMBROIDERY for up to 4 thread colors on regular fabrics
and includes digitizing and shipping to you
after embroidery.
The "number of items" are the number of pieces with the same design
in the same color thread, on the same type of garment,
in the same location on the garment. Additional
charges may apply for different color combinations, sewing the same
logo on different type garments (such as shirts & caps), putting
logos in different locations (such as left chest & sleeve).

Final prices of the
embroidery and set up fees will be determined when
the artwork or digitized design is received via e-mail, and the
digitizer estimates the stitch count.

E-mail your artwork as a .jpg or .bmp file. We can read most
commercial and home embroidery files. Please let us know the
approximate number of items, and type of item that you will be
putting the embroidery on. The more information you give us -
the better the quote will be.

HEAT PRESSING

Minimum order for Heat
Pressing is 25 Pieces except for Photo Prints. |

Heat Pressing is a high tech way
of applying graphics, pictures or text to smooth shirts and
other items. **NOTE** You cannot heat press on "Pique Knit"
or any "Ribbed Knit"
shirts. Only smooth surfaces. |
|
Similar to screen-printing, the
inks used today are engineered not to crack or peel, and to feel
soft to the touch. |
|
There are
no set up fees or screen charges because we use "Easy
Prints". |
|
Using Easy Prints' Idea Book, you
can choose from hundreds of layouts, fonts, and clipart to
combine them to create the perfect design for your order.

Easy Prints: Artwork is from the
Idea Book. You choose your design, then
customize it by choosing text, clipart, typestyles, colors, and
size, then order it to be applied to your garments. - Be sure to
note the Layout Number, and any Clip-Art numbers or Font Names.
If you tell us your specifications, we will be able to e-mail you an
approximate representation of your design before you order.
